Ever read the label of a product in your pantry or grocery store and see that old familiar friend, “Natural Flavor,” in the ingredient line-up? If you’re anything like me you’ve been just a little suspicious of the meaning behind this little title. What exactly is it – and is it harmful? For starters, it’s anything but natural. And a little scary about all the things that can fall under this horribly generalized and insanely misleading label.
