What makes you your own little version of Punk? I would say it is my spontaneity. I pretty much go with the flow, and won’t knock it until I try it! I’m the type of person that if you call me and say “let’s go to Greece next week,” I’m going without much thought. I also love talking to people I don’t know. It is amazing what you can learn from a stranger in a coffee shop, or a patient in a waiting room. In fact, I have met some close friends this way!
What was your one biggest PUNK move this year? Finally allowing my talent to be known. I have been reading tarot for years, with great results. It took a lot for me to realize that it is a very good skill that I have, and in doing this I have helped many people. Finally putting my business out there!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? Sounds cliche, but follow your heart and trust your intuition. Easier said than done, but doors truly open when you do this.

Tell us your favorite go-to recipe. Crock pot spicy Turkey Meatloaf! Recipe below:
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup horseradish
3 Tbsp. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 cup soft fresh whole wheat breadcrumbs ( I replace with rolled oats)
2-1/2 lbs. ground turkey
In medium pan, cook onion and garlic in olive oil until tender. Place in large bowl with all ingredients except turkey and mix well. Add turkey and mix gently just until combined.
Tear off 2 30″ pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil and fold to make two 2″x30″ strips. Lay strips in bottom of crockpot in an X pattern, letting the edges hang over the crockpot. Form turkey mixture into a loaf that will fit into the crockpot. Place on top of the foil strips. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours, until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees. Drain off fat as needed during cooking time using a turkey baster. Use foil strips to lift meatloaf out of crockpot when it reaches 160 degrees F on a meat thermometer. Cover and let stand 20 minutes before slicing. 8 servings
Best home tip (decor, etc)? Hire my sister, Mrs. PunkWife herself! That’s what I plan to do when I need to redecorate! No seriously, I have great ideas, but not so great execution of them. What I will say is, have one area that is all your own space. I have my “zen” area, where I light candles and just listen to mellow music.
